Our Mission

To provide programs and support for teachers in rural communities, Dragonfly Wings works with school boards, educators, chambers of commerce, academia, industry, nonprofits, and local, state and federal governments, to build programs and provide resources that will not only provide financial incentives, rewards and affordable housing for teachers, but also grow the our regional economy through the long term retention of teachers in our community.

Our Goals

Providing rural school educators and students with the capabilities and innovations which, heretofore, have been non accessible to them due to budgetary constraints and economic hardships. By initially focusing on schools in Salem, MO, our goal is to expand into surrounding rural communities in Missouri to provide future-oriented programs that will not only provide financial incentives, rewards, planning and affordable housing for teachers, but also grow the our regional economy through retention of our teachers in our community.
